All of our courses are available at anytime. Support individuals to gain skills to become to move towards work readiness and identify employability routes. Key Responsibilities: To develop and deliver training Deliver agreed preparation for employability training Support participants to achieve accredited up to Level 2 Certification Coach and motivate participants to become work ready Complete ESF participants learning journals and all related paperwork including: 1. Registering and support with collating input form 2. Support with developing soft skills 3. Support with developing hard skills 4. Support with volunteer / work placement 5. Work on the new Cedarwood Trust is finally complete, and we officially reopened to the public this week. The new-look Cedarwood Trust was designed and completed by George Bond Interior Design, and we'd like to say a big thank you to George, Ray and the team for their work.
